Private 3 BR Cabin in Torreon - The Aspen

Your White Mountain escape awaits! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cabin sits on nearly 1 acre in the heart of Torreon, and backs to the 11th fairway of the Cabin Golf Course. With a gourmet kitchen, warm fireplace, and soaring ceilings, this well-appointed cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway in Northern Arizona.

There are countless restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities close by including Fool Hollow Lake (~ 1 mile), and Sunrise Ski Resort is about 45 minutes away.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is bright with huge windows and lots of natural light! It features a warm fireplace, comfy couch, a small workspace, and a Smart TV so you can stream all your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. DirecTV is also available in the living room. We have a variety of board games and puzzles for you to enjoy as well.

KITCHEN/DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics - pots, pans, salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, dishes, silverware, etc. There is also a Keurig with coffee pods, a variety of tea bags, hot chocolate, creamer, and assorted sweeteners.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and a Smart TV for streaming. The bathroom has dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a huge bath tub. The closet is equipped with hangers, luggage racks, and a clothes hamper for your use. There is also a pack n' play available if you need it!

GUEST BEDROOMS & BATHROOM
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a second pack n' play, plus a luggage rack, clothes hamper, and plenty of hangers.

The third bedroom features a bunk bed with 2 full size beds and a twin size trundle underneath. Extra blankets and pillows are kept in the closet, along with hangers, luggage rack, and clothes hamper. There's also a couple bean bag chairs and a Smart TV for streaming. Bring your game console because the TV in the bunk room has an HDMI cable to use!

The jack-n-jill guest bathroom has a shower, and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and plenty of towels.

LAUNDRY
The laundry room is right off the kitchen and features a full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are stocked for you! There is also an iron and ironing board, as well as a variety of cleaning supplies for guest use.

OUTSIDE
We have two lovely covered patios with seating for all. The golf course is visible from the back patio, and there's a gas fire pit and BBQ grill out there for your enjoyment. Grill tools are in the kitchen.

PARKING
We have a nice sized gravel driveway that can accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles depending on size. Please do not park on the street. The garage is for owner use only.

**TORREON AMENITIES**
We do NOT have a golf membership, so we do not have golf privileges at Torreon. The courses are private and for members only.

Torreon homeowners are only allowed to transfer their social membership once per month with a strict policy of 4 guests only. The fee associated with the transfer is $350 for the first guest, and $125 for each additional guest (again, up to 4 guests MAX). Then you must checkout a FOB from the Torreon front desk for various gate entries. FOBs are $25 each and you can rent 2 max. The fees include access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, family center, and outdoor sport courts (basketball, volleyball, pickle ball, and tennis). Please note, the pool is only heated from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, and the family center is only open during those times as well.
