The Space

Located on the top floor, this brand-new and elegant studio offers all modern comforts.

As you enter, you’ll find a spacious designer bathroom with a large walk-in shower and all essentials provided. A large closet conceals a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, brand-new utensils) is perfect for cooking enthusiasts.

The living area features a sofa bed and a dining table. The sleeping area includes a comfortable queen-size bed, a 55’’ Smart TV, a safe, blackout curtains, and a private balcony with a chair and ocean view.

Everything has been thoughtfully designed for a peaceful and upscale stay in the heart of Playa del Carmen.
