Cocoonr offers this 41 m² duplex flat in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via with a mountain view and within walking distance of the ski station, which can accommodate up to 5 people.

Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it consists of a 16 m² living room with fitted kitchenette, a bedroom, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 1,000 m². Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
First floor:
- A bright 16 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with bath and WC

First floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- A mezzanine with a bunk bed (a double bed below and a single bed above)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- An unenclosed shared garden of around 1,000 m² to enjoy on sunny days. The residence is in a natural environment very close to the forest. Meet the wildlife, deer and squirrels...

The flat is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- All snow sports, golf, horse riding, hiking and cycling.
- Close to Spain and Andorra.
- Shuttles from the residence to the Airelles cable car every 20 minutes in season. Pedestrian path from the residence to the village centre 500 m away on foot. For information on the resort's opening dates, please visit the Font-Romeu website.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space in the basement).
