In Grimaud, very beautiful villa with panoramic sea views over the Gulf of Saint Tropez and its infinity pool. Ideal for a peaceful holiday!
On the ground floor, a beautiful entrance, an office (equipped for telework) opening onto the living room and its pretty fireplace with a beautiful view of the sea, a dining room, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine), a veranda with electric plancha overlooking the infinity pool for a lunch/ dinner area (TV, air conditioning) a relaxing place to welcome a family. On one level, a master bedroom (180x200cm) with bathroom/ shower and toilet, a second bedroom with 2 beds (90x190cm) with bathroom/ toilet and a separate bedroom (140x190cm) with bathroom/ toilet all equipped with TV and air conditioning. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms en suite with their shower room two single beds (90x190 cm).
Outside, a beautiful infinity pool, summer garden.
