Wonderful Experience

Beautiful home which family and friends enjoyed. Owner communicated right away every time. Close to River, restaurants, casinos, and lake!

Awesome Experience

This home was perfect for our family trip. Great space and all the amenities ,The owner thought of everything and made sure all the comforts of home, and then some, we’re available. The game area was a plus! Great location and close to the lake/river. We will be back next summer!

Great Location

The size of the house was fine for 8 of us. I feel the information listed is in conflict with the reality of the house. There are only 3 bedrooms. A Queen bed listed as a bedroom is actually a pull out couch in the living room. We were asked to bring our own towels, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, once we received our codes to enter the home. The house has an alarm which went off for 10 minutes when we entered due to the owner not turning it off prior to our arrival. It mentions Pet friendly but in the fine print asks that dogs stay outdoors. Wi-fi is very slow if you need it to do work. The owner was in communication with us and very friendly.

Very clean and comfy!

This rental was a really great experience. The property owner was very communicative and very nice to work with. The check in and check out processes were as simple as they could be. The AC had the place nice and cool on arrival. The house was very clean and nice and the beds were really comfortable with nice soft linens. Bedrooms have large dressers and plenty of storage, and large closets. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, plenty of tvs and good wi-fi made indoor activities very nice. We all enjoyed the back patio with the pool table, Jenga. Corn-hole and the really great grill. This was a very nice stay. I would definitely come back next time I am in Bullhead!

Extremely Responsive!

Gil’s home was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable!! Whenever we had questions Gil and Ricky responded immediately. We left behind some belongings and Ricky has assured us they would be in the mail today! They went above and beyond to try and make our stay fantastic! Thanks again Ricky!

After months of rehabbing and lots of cleaning up, we are exited to now be hosting👍
