Cocoonr offers you this charming single-storey house to rent in Barneville-Carteret. It faces south and south-west, measures 73 m² and can accommodate up to 2 people.
It comprises a pretty 45 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A beautiful 300 m² garden planted with local and subtropical species (palm trees, cordylines, fig trees, yucca, agapanthus...). The garden is enclosed by a 1.45 m rigid wire fence.
- A 60 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (two deckchairs, parasol).
The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- 5 minutes' walk away: tennis courts, Parc exhibition hall and intergenerational park.
- The sailing school is a 10-minute walk away
- La Potinière beach
- Hatainville beach is a 15-minute walk away
- Cap de Carteret lighthouse
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and tarmac courtyard of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Valognes SNCF train station is about 40 minutes away by car.
- A bus stop links the centre of Carteret to Cherbourg and Valognes (SNCF).
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
