La Maison du Bonheur: Bastide for holidays with swimming pool in Provence

Surrounded by scrubland, olive groves, cherry and lavender fields and vineyards, the municipality enjoys an especially balanced microclimate. As you stroll around the village you will be captivated by its rich heritage, and you will love the numerous nearby shops. The Maison du Bonheur is a nineteenth-century property that was fully renovated in 2022, carefully blending modern comfort with traditional materials. Comprising five comfortably appointed bedrooms, the bastide is perfect for a big family or a group of friends, and provides a unique experience in a tranquil, but not isolated, setting. The superb landscaped garden provides peace and quiet. A hundred-year-old oak tree dominates the scene, providing natural shade beside the big swimming pool.

The house is composed of:

Ground floor:
- Fully equiped kitchen and its utility room
- Living room and dining room with connected flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player
- Bar
- Toilet.
- Bedroom 1 en suite: double bed 10x200cm, chest of drawers, wordrobe. Fan.
Shower room with 2 washbasins, toilet. Access to the outside.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2 en suite with air-conditioning: double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe,
Bathroom shower and bathtub, with 2 washbasins, toilet.
To share with bedroom n°3.
- Bedroom 3 en suite with air-conditioning: double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe.

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4 en suite with air-conditioning:
Double bed 160x200cm, and one extra bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bathroom with bathtub and shower, 2 washbasins, toilet.
- Bedroom 5 with air-conditioning. Double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Up to the stairs, you can access to a shower room and a toilet.


FURTHER INFORMATION:
- It's possible to book an independent studio including a small kitchen, a living room with a dining area, a mezzanine (Access by ladder) sleeping
area (160x200cm bed) with a showeroom with toilet (€950 per week).
- Dogs are not accepted
- Please note: the garden is not fully enclosed
- Final cleaning, household linen, towels and pool towels are provided
- Intermediate cleaning with change of linen for a two-week rental
- Extra cleaning is possible once during the week with extra charge. (25€ per hour)
- The tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult according to the rental price.
