The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming, fully renovated apartment located in the heart of the Marais!

Perfectly laid out, it is ideal for up to five guests.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the sitting area has a sofa bed, a Smart TV, storage space, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed for two people with new and very comfortable bedding, a bunk bed, a work corner, and storage space for your belongings.

• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, pots, and pans.

• A dining area: there is a space where you can comfortably enjoy your meals.

The apartment also has a clothes dryer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:

You are staying in the popular Marais district, in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement, perfect for discovering Paris on foot in a dynamic and typically Parisian atmosphere. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find iconic cafes and restaurants like Breizh Café Le Marais for refined Breton galettes, as well as friendly bistros and bars around Rue de Bretagne and the Marché des Enfants Rouges, the oldest covered market in Paris, ideal for lunch or sampling local specialties. Right next door, Soif d’ailleurs is a welcoming wine cellar where you can savor carefully selected wines, and café addresses like the cozy matcha café on rue Pastourelle add a local touch. For your daily shopping, convenience stores and local shops are all within walking distance for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Included Services:

Bed linens and bath towels are provided for your comfort and convenience during your stay.

A professional cleaning service is carried out upon your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is immaculate for your stay.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family Services:

If you need a baby crib or high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice). Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide these items.

Please note that we do not provide baby linens.



Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Late check-ins will only be accepted the next day starting at 9:30 AM. Additional charges may apply for non-compliance with check-in hours.

Early Check-in: If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, we can confirm availability only 24 hours in advance, with an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate.

Late Check-out: If you wish to check out after the official check-out time, we can confirm availability 24 hours in advance, with an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate.



Security Deposit:

A security deposit of €250 is required to access the property. This must be paid online via SWIKLY using a credit card. You will receive a refund within 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are found.



Additional Charges:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Rules:

Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. Significant noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.



Internet Use:

Do not use the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted works.

Accessing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is strictly forbidden.

Please understand that any internet connectivity issues due to problems with telecommunication providers are not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.



Professional Use and Photography:

No photo shoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use will be allowed without prior consent. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.



Minimum Age for Booking:

The minimum age for booking is 23 years. Persons under 23 will only be allowed to enter if an adult meeting the age criteria is present. Otherwise, access will be refused, and no refund requests will be accepted.
