The house is two-storey with a garage on the first floor.
It is possible to park several vehicles in front of the house.
On the 2nd floor:
• a bedroom offering a 160 bed with a cot bed and a large closet.
• a bedroom with a 140 bed + 90 bed (drawer bed). Storage for clothes.
• bathroom with bathtub and storage
• play area for children on the landing. (Safety gate for the stairs)

On the 1st floor:
• toilet with small sink
• fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, sink, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, condiments for cooking. A dining area on the island.
• open plan living room with sofa (convertible for 2 people), connected TV with streaming channels and TNT.
• dining room for up to 10 people.
• a loggia overlooking the front of the house (small park).

On the first floor:

• entrance area that can store coats, shoes and coats
• a door to the outdoor terrace and the sunny grounds.

A garden with terrace for an outdoor meal under the sun or relaxing in peace.
