Our accommodation is ideal for a family vacation or a business trip with several people. Conveniently located, it allows you to enjoy all amenities within walking distance.
From the moment you enter, you'll be charmed by the modern decor and exposed stone walls.
The accommodation comprises:
- A BEAUTIFUL LIVING AREA: Enjoy a comfortable sofa and small poufs, perfect for relaxing evenings watching TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. The room is also air-conditioned.
- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You'll find: a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
- THREE PEACEFUL BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200cm) and one bedroom with a standard bed (140x200cm). They all feature quality bedding and a dressing area.
- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax in a walk-in shower. Towels, a hairdryer, and a washer-dryer are provided.
## Access
Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. You will have the entire apartment to yourself, making you feel right at home.
SELF CHECK-IN: Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet upon arrival.
PARKING: The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can easily park on the avenue or in the Emile Zola parking garage, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You are ideally located for exploring the city. Bus stops are located right outside the building. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. You're also just a 5-minute walk from the city center.

AVAILABILITY: While check-in is self-check-in, we are available 7 days a week until 11 PM via messaging through the booking platform or by phone.

## Notes
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbors is essential between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Arrival from 3 PM / Departure before 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to request it. For any departure between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: The cleaning fee includes a complete cleaning of the property as well as the provision of bed linens and towels.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in advance.
