At the back of the house, enjoy a sunny and quiet outdoor space (terrace and small garden). Here, time slows down... a "travel" atmosphere created by terracotta walls and vegetation. A true hidden paradise.



A garden lounge invites relaxation: idleness, a gourmet aperitif with local flavors lulled by the evening light... While others prepare the meal around the plancha provided for you. To the table! This is what vacations are all about...

Finally, the floor houses 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a queen-size bed.

•The "Pine" room and the "Green" room provide access to a charming small balcony

•The 3rd bedroom is located on the South side

•One of the bedrooms is equipped with a reversible air conditioning, a real plus in summer!

A functional bathroom with double sink, shower and washing machine completes the floor. Separate toilet.

. Typical covered food market (open from Tuesday to Sunday July/August - on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays the rest of the year)

. The ferry just a few meters away: reach the city center of Les Sables, La Grande Plage and Le Remblai in just a few minutes

. 10 minutes walk: the Dombret Basin, a popular spot for swimming and views

. And a little further by bike, set off to discover: the wild coast, La Paracou Beach (10 minutes), the Olonne marshes... true natural treasures! Electric bikes are provided by the city (free for the first 15 minutes!) very close to the house.

📅 Practical Information



Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry / flexibility outside peak hours.)

Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (During low season and outside events: late departure optional.)

🧼 Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

🛏️ Linen: Sheets & towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge

🔒 Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
