A côté de la plage avec vue sur la mer

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cet appartement au 2e étage avec une belle vue sur la mer. L'endroit est très pratique, juste à côté de la plage, pas loin du centre ville de Cabourg. Il y a aussi un restaurant en RDC du bâtiment.

excellent service d'accueil, appartement mieux que sur les photos,juste passer un BON coup de ménage, ça lui ferait vraiment du bien, et nettoyer ou changer les sanitaires.

La literie de la chambre n'était pas de bonne qualité, matelas trop mou et mal de dos. En cuisine, le micro-onde ne chauffait pas, ce qui est dommage. Pour le reste, les télécommandes ne fonctionnaient pas. Location moyenne, son principal atout est la vue sur la mer.

There is a restaurant in the same residence. So it makes permanent noise from their ventilation system, smell of fried food, and small vibration in the apartment from 5 am to midnight. The worst apartment that we rented in the company.

Très belle vue

Le logement avait besoin un grand ménage mais passé cela, il est agréable. Il est vrai que l'on entend la ventilation des cuisines du restaurant situé au rez de chaussée mais la vue est si belle que l'on oublie cette nuisance. La literie toute neuve était tres bonne.

Charme de l'ancien

Bel immeuble (ancien hôtel). Emplacement magnifique. Assez bien équipé. Meubles anciens (pas du XXX!) Fenêtres nord, ouest et sud. Vue sur mer et ville. On était très heureux de notre voyage. Par contre les matelas méritent vraiment d'être remplacés d'urgence!

Thew only positive feature was the fantastic location on the beach. The general condition of the apartment was really poor. Several electrical installations in the gangway and the apartment were clearly dangerous, it was old dirt in the corners. The furniture was in rather bad shape, and there was a strange smell in the kitchen and bathroom. The seafood restaurant downstairs provided a genuine scent of raw fish in the stairway. I could not see any smoke or fire detectors in the apartment.

Hotte du restaurant

Dommage que la gaine de la hotte aspirante du restaurant passe entre la fenêtre du salon et celle de la chambre , car le bruit du moteur est très désagréable , occasionnant ,en plus ,quand la puissance est forte , des vibrations aux murs et au plancher aux heures de repas, allant , pour le soir jusqu'a 22h30 voir 23h30. L'alimentation du radiateur dans la salle de bain est dangereuse , il y a un risque de se prendre un pied dans le câble et de l'arracher. A part cela , la vue sur la mer est magnifique.
