Secure residence with swimming pool and tennis court in a peaceful pine forest, a stone's throw from the port center and 1200 m from La Roquille beach.
Ground-floor studio alcove for 4 people, 20 m² with a 14 m² terrace.
It comprises:
- Living room: Sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140 cm)
- Kitchenette: Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine
- Alcove: 1 single bed (120 cm)
- Bathroom: Shower, sink
- Separate WC
The swimming pool is subject to approval by the condominium association and is normally open from mid-June to early September.
A security deposit of €400 is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard). --- Guests/occupants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in. ---
