Enjoy comfort and mountain views in this newly remodeled, single-level 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo—perfect for families or friends. The open layout offers space to relax while bedrooms are set apart for privacy. Both bedrooms have queen beds and private baths, one with a tub/shower combo. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, and large windows showcase stunning mountain scenery. The full kitchen and dining area are ideal for sharing meals, and a separate laundry room adds convenience. Covered patio, 2 parking spaces, bedding, towels, toiletries, and spices included. No pets or smoking. Exterior security cameras onsite. We reserve the right to cancel reservations.

We loved our visit to Colorado. Your condo was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. It was clean and in a very quiet setting. We hated to leave.

This was a very nice property! The attention to detail was great, especially in the kitchen! It was comfortable and very clean.

Spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location close to town. My only wish is that we could have turned off outside lights to better see the stars.

Nice property and closer to downtown Estes Park than expected, short walk away. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There is a view of the mountains from the deck but a large pine tree does block some of it, still a nice place for a morning coffee.Our visit was in September and we had several elk visit us. They didn't seem to be aggressive but I would advise against getting too close.

It is very nice, very well located for hiking in RMNP. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. The kitchen has lots of all the things you need .Only one negative: under amenities it includes grill and there is no grill. That needs to be corrected.I would recommend!

Estes Park trip down memory lane

This condo is in a perfect location to walk to town. It has great views of the mountains. It was clean and had a good supply of dishes, paper products, spices, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Week of hiking and serenity

We used the condo as a base for our hiking and exploring vacation. Location easy walking distance to downtown and proximity to RMNP Beaver Meadows entrance. Very quiet for the most part including other tenants. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant Stay

The condo was clean and well equipped, although some of the towels were a little thread bare. Great location, close to downtown. Great views from the balcony/porch. Lastly, the traffic noise quieted down in the evening.

Four great days near Rocky Mountain National Park

Two friends and I stayed for four nights at this condo in Estes Park, minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The unit was clean and well-maintained, with an excellent mountain view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would re-book this condo if we schedule another trip to RMNP.

Walkable to downtown

We enjoyed staying at this clean and welcoming condo. The kitchen was well stocked. And while the walk downtown took a couple of minutes, it was well worth it with heavy weekend traffic. Communication with the owner was simple and easy.

Great property!

This property is very clean and well cared for. The kitchen, laundry room, bathroom etc. has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only suggestion I would provide is that it would be nice to have blankets in the bedrooms for times when the comforter is too much. Other than that, I would recommend this property. Great location too!

Very nice condo

Very clean, comfortable condo/apartment. Nicely furnished, kitchen well equipped. Good, quick communication with management. Located close to town, even walkable to a few restaurants/shops. Ample parking. I wish I had noted before booking that there is no air conditioning, as well as the significant additional fees on top of the "regular" nightly cost.

Overall a Good Stay

We rented this property as an "overflow" property for our home in Estes Park over the 4th of July holiday. Overall, it was convenient and a nice stay. We had a couple issues with the location because of Crags Drive being closed between Riverside and Moraine during the first part of our stay, requiring us to drive a long way to get to the property - that has perhaps been fixed as the road appears to be open, but the property should have noted that on their listing. The other issue we had was with the beds - the mattresses are not great and we ended up having to add some thick bedding to make them tolerable. The bedsteads are old and perhaps they should be replaced along with the mattresses. There was also a long list of charges the management company had in place if say, you forgot something in the condo. This seemed excessive. Parking was very close and easy, and booking/check-in was organized and efficient. Linens in one bathroom were nicer than in the other one (odd), but we just used the thicker ones and did not use the others.
