You can enjoy a lovely enclosed garden with mature trees, accessible from the living room. A terrace with all the necessary outdoor furniture will allow you to enjoy warm days and long summer evenings.

You will find a large awning for shade, a table and chairs for 8 people, a garden lounge set with armchairs and a coffee table, two sun loungers, as well as an outdoor kitchen area with a Weber gas barbecue and a stainless steel worktop.

A large private orchard completes the garden and will allow children to play and run around or enjoy the shade of the fruit trees (apple, plum, cherry, pear, hazelnut, etc.).

At the front of the house, a large paved area enclosed by a gate allows you to park up to 4 vehicles. Two surveillance cameras filming only the gate and the parking area are in place.

- Beaches: Fort Bloqué beach, Pérello beach, or Anse du Stole beach are 5 minutes away. Larmor-Plage and Guidel-Plage, with their water sports, harbor, and restaurants, are less than 15 minutes away.

- Water Sports: Guidel-Plage is known for its water sports, especially surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. Jet skis, towable tubes, and other equipment are available for rent at the marina. The large Fort Bloqué beach is ideal for all water sports: paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, as well as diving around the fort or, for the more experienced, spearfishing for spider crabs and lobsters. Equipment rental is available on site.

- Access to the coastal path, the famous GR34, which runs along the entire Breton coast in just a few minutes. 15 minutes away is the Laïta, a magnificent inlet that flows inland, with a hiking trail running its entire length.
