Welcome to this beautiful, modern family home built in 2014, featuring vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms, and thoughtful amenities.

Main Floor:

*Master bedroom with a 2022 King Casper Mattress, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, and walk-in closet.
*Large family room with a 55" Smart TV and a unique selfie wall, perfect for capturing memories.
*Dining area (games available in the dining closet).
*Spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen.
*Full hallway bathroom.
*Two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with a bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom, plus a twin trundle).
*Full size newer washer & dryer for your use.

Lower Level:

*Second family room with another 55" Smart TV, large sectional sofa and a dedicated workspace.
*Additional bedroom with a queen bed.
*Full bathroom.
*Attached oversized two-car garage.

Location & Activities: Nestled in one of Rapid City's most family-friendly neighborhoods, this home provides easy access to the best of the Black Hills region. Within an hour, you can reach iconic spots like Sturgis, Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Hot Springs, and Wind Cave National Park. Local hiking and walking trails are right in your backyard, and you'll be just minutes from Rushmore Mall and downtown Rapid City.

Additional Features:

*Dedicated vacation property, fully furnished as of January 2022.
*Large 0.29-acre lot.
*Kids park, dog park and hiking all within the neighborhood.

PLEASE NOTE the driveway is STEEP. For easier access, drive up at a slight angle, shift to a lower gear, and park on the west side of the garage (which has a gentler incline). Ample street parking is also available. The driveway is not recommended for lowered vehicles or when icy.

Winter Rates: Enjoy significantly discounted winter rates. Snow removal is not included, but salt, a broom, and shovels are provided in the garage for your convenience. For reference, a Nissan Sentra had no issues with the west-side garage door during January 2023 without scraping.

House worked out perfectly while we visited for motorcycling. Was in a quiet neighborhood, and there was room for parking and Garage for the bikes.

Nice large house. Safe neighborhood. Comfy beds and the house had everything we needed for a three day stay. Unable to use garage due to the steep driveway, so had to park on the street. The light in the hallway did not work, so had to use a flashlight to use the laundry room. Some lights in the kitchen did not work. The outside had a lot of tall weeds in the front and back yard. There was a coffee can on the back deck with cigarette butts in it, yuck! Overall, the house was a decent place to stay.

Nice bathrooms. Three showers was great. I could have enjoyed fluffier pillows in the master. Easy keyless access to the house. Two main issues were the light in the dining area kept flickering at night and when the unit says up to 10 people and only 6 dining chairs. We had 9 people so having some folding chairs so we could all sit the same table to eat would have been great. Great location to get the main roads.

This was a great location for our ventures and it was very adequate for our group. The house itself needs a lot of upkeep, deep cleaning and, in my opinion organization. We had to wash dishes, pots and pans before cooking and eating. The gas grill was so filthy that the deck almost caught fire. When the description mentions a steep driveway, believe it, you can't see in the garage when you are pulling in, take aim and hope for the best.

Very nice place. Beds were comfortable and overall very clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Close to park for the kids and dogs with a walking trail. Lots of room to have some family over for dinner one night. The only suggestion I would have is to add a couple more chairs in the living room. Otherwise we had all we needed and would definitely be back!

House was beautiful, host was very nice and easy to get a hold of! Only downside is the split level- there were more stairs than the elderly people with us would have preferred! Other than that- beautiful house, great stay, and the selfie wall was AMAZING!

Host is very responsive and kind! Nice location to Rapid City, with nearby walking trail. Well stocked kitchen, linens, paper products, cleaning products. House could use some maintenance - light bulbs, deep clean, etc. dishwasher was full of mold.

Great home! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Plenty of towels and everything else we needed. Not kidding about the steepness of the driveway, pulling up the drive and into the garage at a slight angle helped prevent bottoming out. Very quiet neighborhood with a nice park close by.

Nice location in Rapid City. Loved the kitchen! Property all original. Needs some maintenance.. Slow tub drains. Toilet running constantly. Hallway and kitchen lights burned out. Was able to replace kitchen light bulb from supply room. Missing smoke detector in bedroom-found on shelf in closet. Laundry door stuck open. Suspect dryer vent needs cleaning, given how dirty the A/C unit was. Stains on carpet. Kitchen cabinet door falling off. Owner responsive to A/C not working and water shut off calls. Property just needs some attention. Owner compensated us for the inconveniences. Wouldn’t take the risk to stay again.

Great spot, close to everything we wanted to do

While we were mostly out and about, the house was very clean and included all the amenities we needed for the time we were there.

Very nice house! We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and very spacious. The only downfall was the very steep driveway and very small yard. We would highly recommend this house for a place to stay.

Beautiful Views

We loved that everything was labeled. The linen, towels and carpets were very plush! The view from the living room is beautiful! We would stay here again :)
