You'll appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, attention to detail, Stunning sunsets and amazing 24/7 views from of our new 1 KING Bedroom / 1 FULL Bath OCEAN FRONT Condo "Beach Happy" Diamante 806 (Phase 1, Building A, 8th floor, unit 6). Freshly painted with all new furnishings & new stainless steel kitchen appliances plus full size washer & full size electric dryer. Our Queen size Murphy Wall bed, in the living area, is comfortable and easy to use. We also have a sink, wall mirror, make-up mirror, hair dryer and counter space set up in the laundry room to make it easier for everyone to get ready. Although this condo has only been in the rental pool since 2022, we have owned own Cristal 1003 / vrbo # 489214 for 10 years and are proud of our 129 EXCEPTIONAL ***** 5 Star reviews. We take pride in our properties and love our guests. We want you to be comfortable, relaxed, have a great time and look forward to coming back.

We have stayed at a variety of places during our 25+ years together visiting Rocky Point . . . from houses on the beach & on Whale Hill, countless condos on Sandy Beach (we've stayed at over a dozen resorts here), but when it came time to buy our beach home we bought at the absolutely BEST RESORT on Sandy Beach! There is nothing that compares to Las Palomas. Our Diamante 806 condo IS OCEAN FRONT . . . We LOVE and Enjoy the Sea of Cortez with its stunning sunsets. And when the sun finally dips into the sea each evening the sky becomes a canvas of colors. It is beyond incredible and we are so blessed to have 2 wonderful beach condos at Las Palomas. Diamante 806 (1 bedroom 1 bath/ sleeps 4 with Queen Murphy bed in living area) and Cristal 1003 (2 bedrooms + bonus bunkroom and 2 baths / sleeps up to 7).
