Welcome to this authentic 17th-century country house, carefully restored to combine old-world charm with modern comfort. With its 270 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates large families and groups of friends looking for relaxation and conviviality.

On the ground floor, enjoy shared meals in the 50 m² dining room open to a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a large living room with a sofa, XXL TV, and foosball table. A shower room and two toilets complete this level.

The first floor features 3 bedrooms:

one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom with a double bed plus a shower and sink, and one bedroom with three single beds, as well as two bathrooms with sinks. This floor also includes an independent shower room with a toilet.

The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms: one with three single beds, one with two single beds, and another with three single beds and a toilet.

All beds are made before your arrival so your holiday can begin the moment you walk through the door.

In addition, 2 PODs (unique wooden accommodation units), each with two bedrooms, are installed in front of the cottage. Each POD consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, providing 8 additional beds in total, bringing the accommodation capacity to 23 guests.

The PODs are insulated and heated, making them comfortable even in very cold weather.

Outside, a vast enclosed 2,500 m² park with complete privacy awaits you, featuring its century-old lime tree, a swing, a slide, and a pétanque court — the perfect setting for sunny afternoons and convivial evenings.

A very quiet little hamlet surrounded by fields with views over the Forez plain. The village is located 3 km away and offers a grocery store, bakery, bar, restaurant, postal service point, and tennis court.

The house is located less than one hour from Saint-Étienne and Lyon, and only 15 minutes from the motorway.

Just 45 minutes from Lac des Sapins in Cublize. Within 15 minutes, you will find large shopping centers, an aquatic center, train station, etc., and within 10 minutes: a cinema, pharmacy, horse riding facilities, and a leisure lake.

To ensure your holiday starts stress-free, the beds will be prepared before your arrival and bed linen is included in the price. We also provide the essentials to get your stay started: toilet paper, cleaning products, salt, pepper, oil, tea towels, and more.

All you need to bring are your towels and enjoy the house to the fullest.

Flat-rate weekend pricing

The weekend rate is fixed, whether you arrive on Friday or Saturday.

If you arrive on Friday evening, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. On Sundays, outside school holiday periods, you may leave at whatever time suits you.

This arrangement ensures clear and fair pricing for everyone, regardless of the day of arrival during weekends.
