The house is divided, and one side is currently rented but it has own entrance and there are not shared spaces just the parking space. Lanai and gazebo will be exclusively for you and your guests. Contact me if you need more information. Englewood is a beautiful small town that offers a calm, relaxing vacation and also the opportunity to enjoy the beach and have fun. Our home is located within ten minutes of that. We are located 10 minutes away from Englewood beach, Tiki bars, kayaking tours, boat rentals, and more. It is also located 11 minutes’ drive to Stump Pass Park, which is a beautiful long and secluded beach at the end of Manasota key where you can shell, explore, and enjoy the view of both paths. Olde Englewood Village and West Dearborn street are also nearby. You will also be able to find grocery stores and restaurants within 3 minutes’ drive and at the same time enjoy the cozy small house that is located in a very, very quiet and nice neighborhood.
Our home is a two-bedroom house. The master bedroom has queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower. There is a smart TV in the living room and in the bedrooms, you can also enjoy a very private screened-in lanai.

As advertised.

The house was neat, clean, and properly furnished. Plenty of supplies. It worked very well for 2 senior golfers in town for a tournament. I'd stay there again.

Extended stay in Florida

We were able to extend our vacation for a couple of days and wanted to check out the area. This is a really cute house in a decent neighborhood and the house has had many updates to it. The owner responded quickly and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Weak unit for VRBO!

I thought we were supposed to get the entire unit to ourselves. The owner stayed in an attached garage unit and we could hear them come & go! The unit was not very clean, especially the floors were dirty!

Plusses and minuses

The location was perfect for us. The size was just fine for us. Having someone staying in the garage was a little weird, but was not really a problem. We had a small issue that we had to contact the host about and she responded in a timely manner. Our biggest issue was with the cleanliness of the kitchen/appliances. There was a very good selection of small appliances available, but they were filthy. I would not use the oven after looking inside. My husband scrubbed the toaster/oven before we could use it. The cupboards and appliances need to be cleaned!

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood

Our stay was very enjoyable. The home was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and getting to unwind there after busy days. The location is great - close proximity to the beach and we really enjoyed getting to explore the area. The host was very responsive, prompt and welcoming. Highly recommend this property!

Enjoying Engkewood and Lemon Bay

This cozy 2 bedroom home was conveniently situated close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The quiet neighborhood allowed us to enjoy morning coffee and a late evening drink outdoors. The host responded quickly to questions.
