About this space
Beachfront complex, this gorgeous home boasts all the luxury you’d expect from a beach house! Beachfront BBQ grills, cabana with lounge chairs,heated swimming pool, Wi-Fi & parking. For your convenience, there are restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, 24 hours 7-Eleven, bike and Kayak rentals just across the street. A little piece of paradise!
The space
This one story townhouse was newly renovated and has its own private access to the #1 beach in the US merely steps away from the front door. It boasts all the luxury you’d expect from a beach house! Modern kitchen, contemporary bathroom with walk in rain shower, luxurious bedroom and living room equipped with 42’ and 32’ flat screen TVs.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening BBQ in your private beachfront seating area, complete with a cabana, lounge chairs and picnic tables that will allow you to revel the warm ocean breezes coming off the Gulf of Mexico or simply relax at our year-round heated swimming pool.

Waves at Siesta Beach are normally measured in inches and the beach gradually slopes into the Gulf waters, making it a very safe area for children. There are 100 golf courses within driving distance, and an endless selection of cultural and family activities. Right nearby in Sarasota, you'll find museums, art, wildlife, circuses, opera, ballet, symphonies, theater, film festivals, botanical gardens.

For your convenience, a full size washer and dryer is located in a separate laundry room on site, also parking for one car is provided but you can walk to numerous restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, 24 hours 7-Eleven, bike and Kayak rentals. A little piece of paradise!

We absolutely love staying here! This is our third trip back and we always have a great experience. The place is always clean and puts you right in the beach mood. The pool is clean, and the ocean is absolutely amazing. We make sure to make it out every night to see the sunset, then have plenty of time to go back and have an easy walk across the street to get something to eat for dinner or head to the ice cream shop. We are able to get everywhere we want to go without driving. Within walking distance is a grocery store, restraunts that are fantastic, and so much more. When we want to go to downtown Siesta Key we jump on the trolley or nearest Frog Hop and are there in minutes. The owner is always quick to respond to any question we have, and gives suggestions for great places to eat and fun things to do. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your beachfront getaway with us!

Fantastic beach getaway!

We had another fantastic stay this year! The place is always fresh, clean, and gets us right into beach vacation mode. Communication is always quick if we have any questions. We love the beach being so close, as well as the pool. The beach chair setup is also great! We have everything we need when we stay, a great place with a full kitchen when we want to stay in and cook or take lunch to the beach, and great restaurants right across the street (a personal favorite is breakfast at the Toasted Mango). There is also a shuttle stop very close if we want to catch a ride down to the village. We will definitely come back soon!! Thank you for providing such a great place!

Great stay on the Beach!

We enjoyed our first stay on the Gulf Coast! In May, the weather temperature said 85, but felt like 95. Beautiful beach and the pool felt great! The home is on the beach side and had a private walkway to the beach. Chair & umbrella service was a treat for us. The homeowner also had chairs we used in the evening to watch the sunset. Inside the home was nice, full kitchen and comfortable living room/TV area. Bathroom was nice but because of the lack of water pressure, rain shower came down more like a glob. Location to the beach was perfection, but across the street are bars that play loud music sometimes after 11:30 pm which is why I scored only 4 stars. There are some families with very young children that were there, so it could be a problem. It didn’t bother us much. People just having fun singing on vacation! Communication with host was fast and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The rental was great. The beach and the pool were perfect. And the location was right by the trolley stop and also the location was close to great restaurants and shopping.

Our Happy Place

We love Siesta Key! This is the perfect place to hang your hat. Location, location, location. We were 100 yards from the most beautiful beach in the USA, 75 yards to the pool and just across the street are restaurants, bars, a small grocery store, souvenir shop etc etc. The unit is super clean and well stocked for cooking in. We will stay here again.

This condo was the PERFECT spot! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean, the bed was comfy, it was the perfect amount of space, and in the best location - steps away from the beach! It’s easily accessible to multiple convenience stores, bars, and restaurants! This was my boyfriend’s first time in Siesta Key and this place truly made his first experience worthwhile! We will definitely be booking this again next year!! 10/10!

Cute little beachside stay

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Check in time was at 4pm. At that time I did not receive check-in instructions. I checked emails, spam and all it kept saying was property manager has not shared details. Unfortunately we had to change and get ready for our dinner cruise at the beach bathrooms a couple miles away, which really was not ideal. I finally received check in instructions after a few attempts of reaching the property manager. Otherwise I would recommend staying here, just make sure you receive instructions prior to check in time.

We loved the location as well as people we met also staying there. The beach was within walking distance and had lots of shells for collecting. The unit provided beach towels, a cooler and beach loungers which made it easy for traveling. We highly recommend the Jake's ice cream shop across the street and the gift shop. Communication with the host was top notch, always answered promptly. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Location

We have vacationed in Siesta Key before but never at this location on Crescent Beach. We were so happy that we could just walk across the street to go the grocery store, Captain Curt's, and to rent JetSkis. The rental itself is on the beach side of the road, and it was a few steps to get to the pool and beach (beach chair and umbrella service included). Our unit was super clean and really cute. It was perfect for a couple. The trolley stop is right at the complex too. We used the Frog Hopper every day, much easier to just call and be picked up, no need for a car ever.

Excellent Stay

Before arriving at the property, Dior communicated everything we would need, including many local recommendations, and let us know the day of check-in we could arrive early because the property was ready. The property was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of room for my husband and myself. The beach was right down our walkway, and the private entrance was great. We used the beach setup each day, and the attendants working beach setup were excellent. We were there over 4th of July and they were able to give us lots of information. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed. We used the laundry area as well, that is located on property, and it was quick and easy to use.There are several restraunts, bars, and convenience stores within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property. It was clean, has a great beach feeling, the pool is fantastic to cool off in when the beach gets a little warm, and the beach is absolutely amazing. We watched the sunset every night on the beach, it was beautiful!

Perfect Point of Island

This was the perfect place to stay on Siesta Key, Crescent Beach. It is right across the street from everything, shopping, restaurants, and night life! You also have a private beach for the beautiful sunsets! You can not get any better placement than this. The condo itself was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and still homey. All the amenities you would need for a weekend to a month’s stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions on what to enjoy around us. Highly recommend! We already want to go back!

Class reunion

Came to the area for my class reunion and was able to rent this place for nearly the cost of the resort rooms without the inconvenience of dealing with hotel knuckleheads 😄. The home had everything the wife and i needed during our stay. Although it's a pet friendly home we didn't notice any pet residue or odors. The home was very clean throughout. The beach is very close, just over the dunes and has private access to the public beach. The private pool is right there close to the home and on the way to the beach. The home was surprisingly quiet even with the bedroom on the main walkway. Checking in and out was super easy. My only question was parking. The downstairs is a parking garage for owners, not sure if this home had a space or not but it would have been nice to have during the typical afternoon showers. There's a publix grocery within a 1/2 mile as well as a convenience store and gas station just across from the resort entrance. If youre a country music fan, Jason Aldean has a home within walking distance to the north of the Stuart public beach, few people know this. All in all a great stay for a couple with great ocean views and convenient to the resort amenities as well as downtown Stuart.

Great Location on Gorgeous Siesta Key Beach

This place was perfect for our family of three. The proximity to everywhere we wanted to go was unmatched. We didn't bring a car, and didn't need one the whole week. We were blessed with great weather and were able to enjoy the fiery, breathtaking sunsets every night. The only issue we had was the front door lock was difficult to get open almost every time... but no big deal, as you can use the back, as well. Thank you for the awesome memories.

Great location!

This place was centrally-located to great restaurants and obviously a fabulous beach. The only downside was the bathroom (a little small). Otherwise, fantastic! Would stay here again.

Great place to stay

The place was really clean and nice. It had lots of things like towels/ silverware /plates… etc… things like that. We arrived a little early and I text the owner (with the number provided in the instructions) to ask a question, got no reply at all. Luckily it wasn’t a big deal and we figured it out ourselves. Access to the beach was quick and easy and we got a free umbrella and chairs (tipped the beach attendant who was very friendly) . We did not use the pool, but others were using it and seemed to enjoy it. We took a free trolly ride (tipped the driver) to the village area to have dinner and drinks. This part is just an FYI… and the owner of the apartment would have no control over this but…When we arrived back, the bar across the street, The Crescent Club was blasting music until about 10:30-11pm, and we could hear and sing along to all the songs while inside the bedroom of the place..…. Lol. The bar itself didn’t close until 2am, and you can clearly hear people yelling/talking etc…. While it was just myself and my husband and we didn’t mind. Just felt it should be mentioned.

Siesta Key Beach Gem

What an awesome place to stay in Sarasota. Lovely, updated family-friendly place with a wonderful swimming pool and private-access beach (complete with grills, picnic tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). Easy walk to everything you need (groceries, restaurants) and the neighbors are incredibly friendly. For the price, it's hard to imagine a better spot! We look forward to staying again.

Really enjoyed our stay

This is a great, clean unit very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the beach! The check in process is simple, there were plenty of clean towels, clean sheets, clean dishes – overall just a nice place to hang out. ‘no doubt we would stay in this unit again.
