Large house with parking and garden at the foot of the metro, ideal for two families

The house was renovated inside in 2020 in its original style: the end of the 19th century. It is located at the gates of Paris, at the foot of the metro, 20 minutes from the Place de la République, 30 minutes from the Champs Elysées, 40 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Disneyland is also very accessible by car or public transportation with the possibility of spending several days there. Near the house, a bakery, a butcher's shop, cafes and restaurants for all budgets. A unique experience of Paris with your family.

You will appreciate the interior of the house with its very Parisian style and noble materials. A beautiful bright entrance gives access on either side to a large living room (with double sofa bed) and a large kitchen-dining room. At the back there is also a shower room with a toilet. On the middle floor you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a second toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a queen size bed as well as two children's bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a mezzanine bed. There is the possibility of adding extra mattresses in both. On the top floor, there is an apartment with a double bedroom, a double living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a shower room with a toilet.

You will not appreciate the exterior of the house which has not been renovated recently as well as the top floor of the house whose work has been more superficial. The windows of the house are also quite old as well as the shutters: the windows insulate perfectly from the noise and cold outside but they would nevertheless need to be changed. Thanks to the rentals we make, we are gradually renovating the last parts of the house that need it: thank you!

All the accommodations are accessible. We leave our personal belongings both in the general areas and in some closets. Please do not touch them except for children's toys which are usable but of course to be left on site.

During the stay I can be reached via the Airbnb app. You will also always have the phone number of the person who will welcome you and follow up during the stay: it can be me, my husband Brice or our co-hosts Artee and Kushal.

There is the possibility to park one or two cars in the garden. It is 8 meters long which allows you to park one large car or two small ones.
