Beautiful luxury apartment in the highly desired foothills of the Hollywood Grove neighborhood. Very spacious, completely furnished, ready to go. Sophisticated, peaceful and elegant with coffee places, restaurants and markets just a short walk away. Pets are welcome. World-class hiking trails up the hills. 1 month minimum, up to one year.
This apartment is the UPSTAIRS unit of a DUPLEX. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a small balcony by the dining room with views over the palm tree lined street and neighborhood. You will have your private entrance and address - the other unit has a different entrance around the corner - and you will have access to the shared backyard, outdoor dining area, and BBQ.
The historic neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet only a few walking minutes away from coffee places, bars and restaurants (and a grocery market) of the popular Franklin Village. Also very close to world class hiking trails of Beachwood Canyon and Griffith Park.
