Rare opportunity to live like-a-Star in this cozy home originally owned by Charlie Chaplin. This private 2 bed/2bath designer home has panoramic multi-million dollar views of the LA skyline. Located in the iconic Beachwood Canyon, a serene & safe, celebrity-favored neighborhood yet minutes from Hollywood’s attractions!

The design captures the glam of Hollywood with a modern sensibility making it a great choice for travelers, families & business professionals.

*NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS, NO EVENTS.
Welcome to our home, where breathtaking views of the Hollywood sign greet you as you ascend the scenic drive. This single-level retreat combines the charm of Tinseltown with all the comforts of a hotel suite.

Upon arrival, enjoy floor-to-ceiling city-scape views. The home features an updated kitchen perfect for preparing meals or enjoying takeout from nearby hotspots. Our design leans into an eclectic style — with a mix of new and vintage pieces that give the home charm and warmth, while still feeling clean, comfortable, and uncluttered.

The primary bedroom offers a plush Tempur-Pedic king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and views of the twinkling city lights from both with a custom barn door for privacy. The second bedroom includes an en-suite bath and two Murphy queen beds for added flexibility.

Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Hollywood, you’ll find yourself near iconic attractions, world-class dining, and vibrant nightlife, all while enjoying the tranquility of this private retreat.

Guests have one carport space available (compact). or a private parallel parking spot in front of the home, which is suitable for larger vehicles.

This is a hillside home in the Hollywood Hills. It offers privacy and views, but may not be suitable for those with who are uncomfortable overlooking hillside terrain.

With safety and privacy ensured, our local team is always nearby to assist during your stay.

Really enjoyed staying here! Perfect location (you can see the Hollywood sign from the bottom of the street). Very clean and the kitchen was great as we could purchase groceries and cook our own breakfast each day to save money.

We had a great stay in the Hollywood hills! The view was amazing and the house was great for our family of 4. There were a couple small issues that Jax addressed immediately. Jax was very responsive and helpful. The sliding glass doors definitely have a drop-off down the hill and only open about 6 inches. We kept the doors closed and had no issues. AC worked well when the sun was shining.

Beautiful views! The property is very well maintained and the layout is functional. It definitely gives the energy you expect when being in LA, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I felt safe and relaxed. The only thing is that parking is a challenge, so keep that in mind.

Great stay

The view is wonderful, especially at night and at dawn. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the record player and making a brief stop at the nearby Hollywood Blvd walk of fame.Thanks for having us!

This house is in a great location, close to Hollywood walk of fame and universal. Beds were comfortable and great to have a dedicated covered parking spot. Host was always responsive and friendly.

The location was fantastic. The rental was very clean with modern appliances. It was exactly as described on the website. The owners were very easy to work with and polite. A great stay.
