Le Pré de la Cour opens its doors in Bure-les-Templiers! Located in the heart of the Forest National Park, this new group gîte welcomes family, friends, colleagues, hikers and travellers in search of nature and tranquillity.

Le Pré de la cour is an important bourgeois house, called at the time "the Castle" which has just been tastefully renovated by the owners of Clos Latour, located in Grancey-le-Château.

This region of Burgundy has kept all its authenticity. Stone village, oak forest, village and places steeped in history (the region is the cradle of the Templar order, as evidenced by the commandery of Bure!). The population remains very welcoming and the local merchants will be able to adapt to your needs (organization of dinners, tailor-made desserts, local products....)
This property has the advantage of being able to accommodate large groups in complete autonomy in a warm and green setting, while enjoying a region that has assets that still make its reputation today.
The cottage is specially designed to accommodate many guests, with well-thought-out spaces allowing everyone to enjoy the stay in complete serenity.

It comprises on the first floor: 1 large fully equipped kitchen with central island and a back kitchen, a large living room open to the countryside as far as the eye can see, a large dining room of 49 m2, 1 toilet with washbasin.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, queen size and private shower room (shower, sink). 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, queen size and its private bathroom (bath, sink), toilet to be shared between the two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, queen size and its private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, queen size and its private bathroom (Double shower, sink, toilet), laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a large upstairs living room.
On the 2nd floor: 1 cinema room (PS5, canal+, Netflix), 1 games room, 1 double bedroom level with 2 single beds on the floor and 2 beds in the "capsules" which will delight the children. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 futon 1 person on the mezzanine. A children's bathroom with 3 showers and 4 sinks and an adult bathroom with a huge shower (100*200) and a sink. Separate toilet.

For your moments of relaxation, a petanque court is at your disposal: sunny games and aperitifs guaranteed!

Cleaning fee of 280 euros to be paid on site.
