Bring the family to La Concha, located at The Commons Complex. This three-bedroom townhome is adorned with modern coastal décor carried throughout. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables and charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Approximately 0.5 miles to the beach, 0.9 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife.
The open living area boasts a large, modern couch with a chaise and plush pillows, two matching accent chairs and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The dining area contains a table with seating for 6 consisting of 4 chairs and a bench. Extra seating is available for three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with bright cabinets, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, basic cookware, utensils, a pantry and plenty of counter space to accommodate your cooking needs. There is also a half bath under the stairwell and a full-size washer and dryer to serve this floor. Take your coffee out to the patio to sip in the island breeze. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, which consists of a Queen size bed, nightstands, a closet, a chest and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom holds a vanity and a tub/shower combination unit. Kids will love the guest room (BR2) made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed. The second guest bedroom (BR3) is composed of a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The guest rooms share a hall bathroom that includes a vanity and tub/shower unit. The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 8 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. Comfortable Vacay spot

The property was clean, an comfortable. It had everything we needed. Community pool was great. An close to the Beach. Contacting property was easy. They stayed in touch most of the stay. I highly recommend for anyone. Thanks for a comfortable get away.

Nice place to stay!

Nice beach get away. 5 min walk to the beach. Order your beach gear before you arrive. Hospitality and service were lacking in Port A this go round.

Great experience

Wonderful house! Fully equipped, especially kitchen. It had everything on top of standard set: blender, mixer, air fryer. All kinds of bowls, pans (including couple for grill), variety of stuff for baking (also form for muffins) . Even shaker for mixing cocktails! Bathroom: shampoo, body lotion, makeup remover. Surprisingly even iron for curling hair. Easy check in, we got the message from property management that house was available 2 hours earlier. We came later, but it’s a great bonus for those who would love to get in before official time. I highly recommend renting beach chairs and umbrellas. We got some credit from Life in Paradise and had amazing experience. The chairs are super comfortable ( not the one we usually buy at local story), also you can carry it as a backpack. All in all, we are very happy with our vacation property and will definitely come back!

Spring Break

We rented the house for spring break and had a lovely time. The house is very clean and decorated beautifully! The only downside is that it is close to the road so the traffic and teenagers kept us up until late every night. After I checked out I got a call from the rental company saying that they’d had a call from an anonymous person saying that we had a large black dog with us. I was told that we were going to be charged a cleaning fee for the dog because the owner is allergic. We did not bring a pet with us. We had several conversations with the rental company and so far, we haven’t been charged. I felt like the situation was handled very poorly.

Girls weekend 2022

We had a fantastic time! The cottage is exactly as it is pictured! Only call outs is if you are all adults and will be using the top bunk it is in a very small room with very limited space to climb up. Also the beach is not really an easy walk as the description would lead you to believe. We rented a golf cart and had an amazing time going back and forth. The company responded so quickly to any needs and the cottage is very comfortable ASM decorated so cute!

Great stay, short drive to beach.

Such a short drive to the beach. That's the plus. Could even walk if desired. Area felt safe, property well kept. Had everything we could think of to cook with, maybe not all your spices, but a short drive to the store helped solve that. Would totally stay again.

Super Cute Townhome

This townhome was well maintained, clean and an end unit. The coastal decor was beautifully scattered throughout the home. Our family of four had ample space and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit had everything we needed. The complex is a short drive to the beach access road. Check in/out was painless and all communication was done through the property mgmt company via text and email.

Had a blast!

Loved our stay! Great location. Very clean and looked new! Everything was great! Only thing they need to make sure on is temp of pool water. Family wanted to swim after beach and it was literally a sauna. Someone needs to make sure they r running the hose in there daily. Other than that… Fantastic👌🏻

Had a wonderful time!

Had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay here again. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need! The only concern we had was The wooden stairs leading upstairs. We traveled with three small dogs and The wooden stairs are very slippery for the dogs. To prevent injury to the dogs or scratching to the wood stair surface … We simply carried our dogs up and down the stairs..

Great Stay in Port A!

We loved this property! Great location, clean, nicely furnished! Plenty of room to hang out after a day at the beach. Well stocked kitchen, lots of games for family & friends. Loved having an outside shower to rinse off the sand & salt after a day at the beach. The property appears to be very dog friendly and pool/outdoor areas appeared to be clean - we didn't use them. Only minor suggestions would be to provide a few beach items (towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc.) for folks traveling from out of town. A started supply of coffee would also have been nice. Otherwise, a great place that we would definitely consider staying at again when in Port A!
