This property is incredibly versatile: You can rent this efficiency apartment, OR you can rent the main part of the home OR you can even rent the entire house by getting both these listings together, with access through a connecting door! Please ask me any questions!

*This* listing is for an efficiency apartment nestled in the back of a Victorian home just across the street from Lake Ontario. You'll have your own private entrance, and you'll have access to Lake Ontario as well as Charlotte Beach, Ontario Beach Park, Charlotte Pier, The Genesee Lighthouse, and several bars and restaurants just a few blocks away.

Keyless entry system--I'll send an access code as soon as the cleaner has it ready for you. I recommend parking on the side street and you'll gain access through a private entrance at the back of the home.

I am a pretty friendly person, but I also know that solitude, peace and quiet may be just what you are looking for! I will make myself as available as you need me to be. Please reach out if you need anything at all!

Super place on a great, beach-adjacent spot

All features as described in the listing! And wonderful for those traveling with dogs. We had access to a fenced courtyard, places to sit outside and enjoy the weather, and a great area to stroll and walk the dogs! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

It was very nice and clean. The host provided some nice amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, snacks, folding chairs and other things I can't remember. The host kept in touch with me, making sure everything was OK. I recommend this VRBO.

Perfect

Everything was exactly as stated. The location was perfect for visiting family in Rochester. We loved being right at the lake. Our dog loved the side yard to run around in. The host thoughtfully had coffee available for us to brew and it was really convenient to have the kitchen in the apartment. We will definitely stay here again!

25 th wedding anniversary

Came home to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary at the place we had our first date. Gregory’s place was comfy and cozy and close to everything we wanted. Will stay again.

Clean and perfect little place

We stayed a couple days while our house was being worked on. It was perfect for us or baby and dog. Nice to walk to the beach. Clean and Gregory was very responsive!! Excellent

Very Nice Studio

I came for a short respite; the studio is very nice, clean, comfortable, very close to the beach. There is a park by the beach with a carousel, long pier, a marina with lots of boats to look at and restaurants. I give this a definite 5 stars.

Top notch location and space!

This apartment is perfect, and exactly as described. Gregory has thought of everything. It is super clean and beautifully decorated. It is literally a stone's throw from the lake/beach/park and we loved taking walks in the area right from the apt. It is a really beautiful area to explore. Gregory was an excellent communicator and we had a perfect stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Cute little place

Place was clean and decorated cute. Host was very communicative. There is no washing machine as mentioned in the amenities and the closet shown in the photos is now locked, so that photo should be removed. You have to hang your clothes on hooks on the walls.

Beach Avenue

Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again.

Better than hotel

My wife and I needed a place to stay for one night while our son attended his orientation at a nearby college. The directions, parking and check in process were all clear and easy. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The place was very clean with towels, soap and shampoo all provided. The window AC unit was able to keep up on a very hot day. Walking distance to several restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience.

All the little touches

This is the most communicative host ever and in a very good way. We appreciate the special touches like water in the fridge and some snacks. Great internet and extra blankets. As others have said there is no closet or washer as suggested by the listing. However there is an awesome video game machine with 10 different games. I would definitely recommend this property and will book again!

Little slice of heaven

My pup, parter and I had a very nice time and I was so comfortable I was looking to book again on the 2nd day of the trip. The beach access was so peaceful and my pup and I had such a bonding time swimming together. Greg was so helpful and kind and I cant wait to go back!

This is the home that I lived in until recently. Now we live just down the street so if you have any concerns I should be available.
This space is actually an efficiency apartment located at the back of the house. It's been very well received by all who have stayed there, and eventually we plan to make the entire home available, however at the moment the main part of the home is still being prepared.
