Latest generation solar panels power the entire estate: air-conditioned rooms, heated pools,
professional kitchen, lighting. This energy independence allows us to drastically reduce our

OUR OLIVE GROVE: 1,000+ OLIVE TREES
At the heart of our estate, over 1,000 century-old olive trees produce our house-made olive oil.
Each year, we harvest our olives according to traditional methods to produce an extra-virgin
organic olive oil that enhances our dishes. This local production allows us to guarantee our guests
authentic, traceable products of exceptional quality.
ORCHARD OF 400+ CITRUS TREES & ORGANIC GARDEN
Orange, lemon, mandarin, grapefruit trees... Over 400 fruit trees provide freshly squeezed juices
every morning! Our organic garden produces seasonal vegetables without pesticides, ensuring
freshness and incomparable flavors.
TRADITIONAL IRRIGATION CANALS
Our traditional canals (seguias) distribute water throughout the estate according to ancestral
Moroccan techniques. This energy-efficient system preserves resources while maintaining our 6
hectares of lush greenery. Water from Lake Takerskouste, used responsibly, creates a
refreshing microclimate.
