Cozy two bedroom, ground level condo close to many area attractions including the newly opened amusement park Owa, the Tanger Outlet Mall, Sports Complex, the beaches, and many other attractions. The Condo is great for families and pets and is the perfect get away to rest and relax. Kitchen comes with all appliances including washer and dryer.
The space
Entire condo in a residential condominium complex situated high on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Mobile Bay and a skyline view of the city of Mobile, Alabama. Fantastic sunsets.
Guest access
All tenants share a common fenced in backyard area. Your pet must be on a leash anytime they are outside of the condo.
Other things to note
All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of condo. (Includes fenced in common ground).

Please keep pets off the furniture.

Chris is a great host! Very communicative and responsive. This is our favorite area to stay at for Mardi Gras. The location of the condo is unbeatable and the back deck was a serene escape!

The Condo fit our needs perfectly. The rental was clean and neat as well. The area was wonderfully located near the bay. I had to reach out to the host several times, and the communication was top-notch. I would recommend this place if you are ever in the area and need a place to stay.

Lovely condo. Easy check in /out. Quiet NH. Convenient to everything in Daphne. Owner communication excellent. Would definitely stay here again .

Stay in Daphne

We were very comfortable here. If the weather had been warmer. We would have enjoyed the desk more, but February is a unreliable month for weather.

Chris, the host was great to work with during our stay. A couple things that were annoying and unexpected was the privacy of the window blinds and curtain’s. You could easily see through all the windows, essentially there was no privacy. The floors were extremely dirty. After getting out of the shower we went to put our socks on and are feet were jet black from walking on the floors. The refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. The bedroom with the four-posted bed was very high off the ground. The rug in the living room needs to be taped down. We tripped over it several times. It’s a hazard for people our age, 65. This is the first VRBO property we stayed at where a host requested us in the check out instructions to strip the beds and wash the towels. We’re on a pleasure trip, washing the hosts towels before returning home wasn’t something we wanted to do or should have been expected to do. Overall, this is a nice property and Chris was a good person to work with while we were in the Daphne, AL area.

Perfect location

Stayed over Christmas holiday with my parents while visiting family in Fairhope. Location is great--easy access to Mobile, downtown Fairhope, antiques, waterfront (bay), and even day trip to beaches. Condo was easily accessible, well-appointed, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The back deck is nice with some trees/green space. Absolutely LOVED the 1/4 mile wooded boardwalk that leads all the way to a pier going out to Mobile Bay. As an amateur nature photographer, I got some great shots of yellow-rumped warblers and snowy egrets. The host was very responsive to any needs (we needed laundry detergent and it was delivered within minutes). I stayed in the guest bedroom, and while the bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home, it is very tall, so a footstool would be helpful (my 81 year old parents would not have been able to get in it, but their king bed in the master was perfect for them). Our stay was very pleasant, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks!

Traveled down to Daphne with wife and son to see family. We had a very comfortable stay. Had all the amenities needed. Appreciate all the communication. Would definitely stay again in future! Thanks again Chris for sharing your awesome property!
