The Cocoonr agency offers you this beautiful 210m² villa for rent in Sari-Solenzara in Favone, comprising two 42m² two-bedroom duplex flats, all air-conditioned, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool on a large 2,400m² plot and accommodating up to 15 guests.

The residence consists of a 126 m² main villa and two 42 m² duplexes, connected by a covered terrace, all set on 2,400 m² of land. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be hired from the concierge service. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is as follows: An air-conditioned main villa with:
- A 75 m² living room with TV, Bluetooth speaker, wood-burning stove (first fire free of charge), dining room
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with: electric kettle, American fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, extractor hood, induction hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), dressing room, key safe and pool access
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190), wardrobe and shower room, pool access and separate WC
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190), wardrobe and view of the scrubland
- Bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet and WC (not air-conditioned)
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities

A 42m² air-conditioned duplex one-bedroom apartment on the scrubland side with:
On the ground floor:
- Living room with double sofa bed (140x190), TV, dining area

- A large, flat, fully enclosed 2,400 m² garden with trees, closed by an electric gate
- An 11x5m saltwater infinity pool secured by an alarm, heated with a heat pump and open from 1 April to 15 November
- A 100 m² terrace and a covered terrace connecting the main villa to the 2 duplexes. These are equipped with garden furniture and a ping-pong table
- A floodlit boules court with boules and jack

The Villa is ideally located in Favone (commune of Sari-Solenzara), in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, straw huts, bars and a market.

Activities :
Walking paths and hikes from the villa, various beaches including Favone less than 1 km away on foot, water sports, straw huts, bowling alley and cinema 20 minutes away by car and accrobranche in Cavu.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 8 vehicles. Cars are preferable for all journeys.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- The fireplace is functional, only the wood for the first fire is provided.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge, up to a maximum of 2 dogs.
- Security cameras are installed on the front of the villa, on the car park side. They are not directed at private areas.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
