Newly Renovated Beach Condo with views of the ocean and downtown Corpus Christi!

Relax and unwind at our recently renovated beach view condo! This cozy beautifully decorated condo is right on the beach. This 420 sq ft. condo is perfect for a couple or a small family looking for a beach getaway. Beach Haven condo is located close to many attractions such as the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Whataburger Stadium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, and many downtown restaurants.

Condo Space
This cozy newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom beach condo is a short 2-minute walk to the beach. It offers a new Queen size bed with a pillowtop mattress, (2) Twin sized bunk beds for the kiddos, and a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a small kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. We provide all dishes, utensils, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. There are (2) televisions in the space (living and bedroom).

The complex has (2) private pools, barbecue grills on the property, and picnic tables. We are on the top floor of building #1 which is where the heated pool is located during winter months. There are coin and credit card operated washer/dryers located on each floor. We do provide free Wi-Fi, basic cable tv, and you will have access to Netflix. There is elevator access to reach Beach Haven condo.

***Upon check-in at the front office, you will be charged a non-refundable $15 check-in fee which will go towards parking, a gate access card, and wrist bands to use the pools and amenities. The complex is also currently under renovation. They are currently replacing all exterior siding and painting during the weekdays.

Clean condo with good beds and a cold ac. They were doing work on the property but you can still access all the amenities. Great place to stay if you are wanting to have nice beach access and close to the Lexington and Aquarium.

The CUTEST little spot with great views! It was perfect for our Easter weekend getaway. Everything was clean and organized. Host was super helpful with check in and it was so easy! The main bed was everything from the pillows and the duvet, I was ready to skip all weekend activities to just stay put!

The condo was in a great location super close to beach. Nice view of bridge and water. Several things in walkable distance. Nice paved walkway along the beach. Nicely decorated and host was super responsive. Pool Was not working (heater) and there was construction on our building but disruption was minimum from that. We had a great stay!

The Condo inside was clean and well appointed. The bedroom tv should be upgraded to a normal sized tv. Outside left much to b desired. The property was under construction, the hallways were ripped up, stairs were dirty and a bit scary. The elevator was dirty and only worked on occasion. We should have been informed about the construction. The app to unlock the door was so annoying when we first arrived after a long day of travel. Think about switching to a changeable code. Every time we left we had to get out a phone to lock and when we got back each day we had to get out a phone to unlock the door. This proved to be excessively annoying.The host had the condo decorated very nicely, she provided an array of snacks. She had the bathroom well provided for. The inside space was welcoming and enjoyable.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in Monica‘s beautiful condo. Very clean and we loved that it’s so close to the beach and that there’s 2 pools. Definitely would stay again!!

My husband is a firefighter, and we have an 8-year-old daughter named Olivia who we adore! I love interior decorating, traveling, spending time with my family, and reading a good book. We have (3) doggies that we love to take for walks on the beach. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!

We completely renovated this condo from top to bottom. All new furniture and decor. We really enjoy staying here when it is not being booked. I enjoy watching the sunset from our balcony while drinking a glass of wine. Beach Haven Condo is close to all the attractions such as the Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Whataburger Field, Hurricane Alley waterpark, and many downtown restaurants such as Waterstreet and Executive Surf Club.
