We had an excellent stay here

We had a great stay at this wonderful beach condo. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with my coffee watching the boats, and sometimes dolphins, go by. And just a short walk to the beach. Great view, great location, and the hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Summer getaway

First time staying for 2 weeks and we had the best time ever! Plenty to do all in walking distance. Good size pool with great views of the water! 5 minute walk to the beach and they have everything u need to take with!

Great location, clean and very well stocked condo! Owner was great and always available with questions. Had a great time with family celebrating the Holidays! Would definitely go back!

Great location

Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. Very clean and had good amenities! We came down for our son’s wedding that was held at the Edge …. It was very convenient to be next door. I would highly recommend this condominium! Thank you very much to the owners!

Absolutely Perfect

Could not have asked for more! We came down for our destination wedding and everything was perfect. The condo offers anything you could think of and the owners are AMAZING! Also loved watching the dolphins almost every day we were there. Will definitely come back again.

What a wonderful place and location!

What a great experience we had with this rental! The location was perfect and the condo was beautiful! Great view from the balcony to the water and it was fully equipped with everything we needed and plus some! It made our beach experience that much nicer and easier. Highly recommend this place and Adam was very nice to work with. Check in was very simple and hassle free!

Great Location and Water View

Clean, bright condo within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrella and tote bags to use. Living room has large sliding glass doors to access a small balcony with seating. Loved sitting inside on the couch with the doors open to catch the breeze and watch the boats go by in Clearwater Pass. Saw dolphins almost daily. Kitchen stocked with coffee, paper goods and all the cooking gear you need. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful

We had a fabulous seven week stay at this property. Adam communicated whenever something was changing at the property and got back with us when we had $.10 a gallon discount really any questions. We have never stayed in a condo that was as well appointed as this one. We had paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, coffee, etc. all provided during our stay. Whenever we had a question he was quick to respond and helped us with whatever problems we had. My only disappointment is that I do not get to stay in this condo next year.
