Holiday rental in Sète: 15 m² studio apartment with a 5 m² integrated loggia on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a residence 500m from the sea and beach, and close to shops. The living area includes a sofa bed, a television, storage, a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.

Pets are welcome. Late arrival is possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.
