56m2 apartment located on the first floor of the villa Kerléna.
House from 1906 is part of the historical and cultural heritage of Brittany.
This is a charming apartment, with direct access to the beach.
It is completely new, with a functional kitchen, a pleasant and cozy living room, a balcony with sea view overlooking the island of Batz and Perharidy.
The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 by 2 m bed. The bathroom is en-suite.
The toilet with washbasin is in the entrance.
The cellar has plenty of storage space, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The villa is 500 from the heart of Roscoff, and yet quiet.

Our stay at Villa Kerlena exceeded our expectations.Communication with Daniele and Alain was perfect and their welcome was warm and friendly.The apartment was well equipped throughout, also spacious and extremely comfortable. The king sized bed and beautiful bed linen was such a luxury.We never tired of the sea view which was stunning at all times of the day.We were perfectly placed for walking into town or enjoying the local activities.Thank you for making our Roscoff experience such a pleasure Daniele & Alain.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique villa historique magnifiquement restaurée. Un appartement de grand standing avec cette vue à couper le souffle. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leurs conseils. Roscoff est une destination magnifique!

Appartement les pieds dans l'eau, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très cosy. En prime une magnifique vue sur l'île de Batz.

Superbe séjour dans le logement d'Alain et Daniele, qui se sont montrés très accueillants et de bon conseil.L'appartement, très bien équipé, est idéalement situé, permettant de tout faire à pied, et que dire de la vue... tout simplement magique !Gros coup de coeur !!

Le très grand coup de coeur parmi nos nombreux voyages.Superbe appartement avec un emplacement idéal et une vue à couper le souffle. La décoration et les équipements sont de très grande qualité.Nous avons eu du mal à quitter les lieux, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous grace à l'accueil exceptionnel de Danièle et Alain.Un grand merci pour tout et à bientôt.
