Set in a peaceful rural environment, the villa features a fully enclosed garden with an electric gate, as well as parking space for your vehicles. The swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 1.8 m deep) is secured with an alarm and surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun loungers and a lawn where children can play. For outdoor dining, there is a pleasant terrace with a table, chairs and a parasol.

Inside, you will find a bright living room with a sofa and a TV with Netflix. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The villa offers 3 ground-floor bedrooms: two with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). The bathroom includes a spacious shower and double sinks. There are two separate toilets. A washing machine and dryer are available. Air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms ensures comfort during hot summer days.

The house includes a separate apartment for the owners, with its own entrance and gate, fully separated to ensure optimal peace and privacy.

Perfect location: enjoy the tranquility of Provence, close to the small Sorguette river for a fishing trip, or have fun at Parc Spirou, Wave Island water park, and the local leisure lake. For adventure seekers, Mont Ventoux is just a 30-minute drive away.
