Cocoonr offers this charming 42 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Lumio, just 5 minutes' walk from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV and balcony access via sliding French windows
- A bathroom with shower and WC
Outside:
- A 17 m² balcony, facing South/East with views of the sea and mountains and equipped with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Saint Ambroggio beach
- Hiking in the area : The Col de Sant'Antonino, trails around the village of Saint'Antonino
- Visit the village of Lumio
- Water sports: kayaking, paddle, windsurfing, diving
- Scandola Nature Reserve
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one vehicle).
As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
A car is necessary to discover this magnificent region.
- Nearest train station: Calvi, 20 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Calvi-St Catherine, 20 minutes away by car

- A cellar is available to store your belongings (suitcases, water sports equipment, etc.).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
