To ensure that all guests seeking a quieter getaway and are able to enjoy a tranquil experience, no children under 12 or pets  are permitted.  
This cottage is 220 sq ft with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and small sitting area and deck.
Free Parking.
Single Queen Bed. 
Bathroom is private with a tub/shower and the kitchenette is furnished with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee kettle, and hotplate.
Utensils, dishes, glasses and cooking pots are provided.  Cottage has a picnic table,  heat, and air conditioning.
Linens and Towels provided.
Shared outdoor kitchen with grills (charcoal & propane) & lobster cooker.
