The downstairs greets you with what will be a fun and cozy living space - perfect for movie nights or a cool hang out for kids and teens - with a comfy sectional, a large flat-screen TV, and a table-top video game console that will entertain for hours. Follow the steps upstairs to the main living level. Whether you prefer to dine indoors or on the upper deck, you'll find plenty of room to spread out and relax here. A flat-screen TV and a new sofa are in the living room. The galley kitchen has been updated and includes all stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee machine. A huge sunroom on the back of the house connects two bedrooms. Both the King and the Queen-sized beds share the full bathroom.

Downstairs includes three bedrooms, furnished with a Queen bed and TV, Two Twins, and 1 Daybed in each. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional half bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer. The backyard features a brick-paved patio with twinkle lights, perfect for enjoying a nice Tybee evening. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Off-street parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Wireless Internet is available for guest use.
