It features one bedroom, one bathroom, and a cozy living room with an integrated kitchen, where a large window overlooks Calle Agua, filling the space with natural light. The bedroom window opens onto a traditional Andalusian patio, creating a peaceful and authentic atmosphere.

The building offers a rooftop swimming pool, available from June 1st to October 15th, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Málaga’s Mediterranean climate.

Additionally, parking is available upon prior request.
