## Neighborhood

The terrace of the accommodation will provide you a breathtaking view of the coast and the hinterland. You can also relax at the residence’s private swimming pool or enjoy the tennis court. Being close to all amenities, you will take only 5 min by car or nice 30-min stroll to reach the city center and visit the emblematic places: Antibes’s Old Town, the museums (including the Picasso museum), the port, the Fort Carré, Juan-les-Pins, the beaches and other attractions... Lastly, you will take only 10 min by car to reach the water park Marineland, 20 min to Cannes or 30 min to Nice.

Juan Les Pins train station → 10 min by car
Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport → 15 min by car
