LA TSARETTA - HAUTECOUR

This gîte is attached to another gîte (a studio for 2 people) in the owners' house. Access to both gîtes is via a shared external staircase. The gîte comprises a living room/kitchen with a sitting area (two single fold-down beds 80x190 cm), a bedroom (two single beds 80x200 cm that can be joined to make a double bed 160x200 cm), a shower room, and a separate WC. A washing machine/dryer is shared with the studio (in the hallway). There is a shared terrace for both gîtes and a shared terraced and landscaped garden. Located 6 km from Moûtiers and 2 km from the main village of Hautecour, this house enjoys a peaceful setting below the road, nestled in a natural landscape of fields and forests. You'll benefit from the immediate proximity of Moûtiers, where shops, a supermarket, and services are available year-round. An outdoor area is furnished with tables, chairs, and a gas barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. A garage is available for storing bicycles, as well as a shared ski room for the two cottages. Private parking provides secure parking for one car. At the entrance to the Tarentaise Valley, the village of Hautecour reveals its five authentic and unspoiled hamlets, clinging to the mountainside and offering breathtaking views of Moûtiers and the surrounding mountains. In winter, take advantage of the proximity to renowned ski resorts: Méribel, accessible via the Brides-les-Bains gondola (12 km), Valmorel (24 km), or Montalbert/La Plagne (31 km). Nordic skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the Nâves area (24 km), with its cross-country and skating trails, as well as snowshoeing routes in the heart of a majestic natural setting.
