The “Villetta Romantica” is the little sister of the “La Villa di Elena,” which is located right next door. The 2-room house, featuring two apartments tastefully furnished with attention to detail, is situated along the approximately 8-km-long lakeside promenade that extends all the way down to Suna. It consists of a pedestrian and bike path as well as a one-way street, allowing you to reach Pallanza (about 400 m), Suna (approx. 2.5 km), and Intra (approx. 4 km)—with their numerous bars, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.—not only by car but also conveniently on foot or by bike. Thanks to its direct lakeside location, you can perfectly unwind here with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains, enjoying the beauty of life and nature. A refreshing morning swim in the lake (accessible via a ladder from the property), followed by a leisurely breakfast and then relaxing in a lounge chair with a view of the stunning landscape—what more could you ask for!
