Studio Centre Orléans and Parking

Studio refurbished in January 2024, ideally located in Orléans.
Everything can be done on foot: train station, cathedral, theatre, Pasteur Park, Place d'Arc, sports centre and high schools in the downtown. The tram is also a 5-minute walk away if needed.

The accommodations are also located right next to the examination centres, ideal for taking the teaching competitions.

This studio of about 15 m² is functional and comfortable. It has a single bed on the mezzanine and an IKEA HEMNES daybed (1 or 2 places) on the first floor. Ideal for a single person, it can also accommodate 2 adults and a child for a short stay thanks to the mezzanine.

You will find a bathroom with shower cubicle and a fully equipped kitchen area (hob, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee maker).
Duvets and pillows (60 × 60 cm) are provided. Please bring sheets and pillowcases (possibility of troubleshooting if necessary).

The studio has benefited from major insulation, ventilation and renovation work between December 2023 and February 2024, for optimal comfort.
