This gorgeous 2BR/2.5BA home, located in the incredible Puerta Azul Community, boasts an exquisite backyard featuring a pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining area. The property also boasts two bedrooms with private bathrooms and kitchen. Guests have access to a single garage parking spot for smaller vehicles and one outdoor guest parking spot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please inquire for pool and spa heat rates! Permit # 259312

***IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOWS***
-Only access to community pool/spa and gym no additional amenities
-Pool and spa heat fees apply- please inquire prior to booking
-Third bed is a pullout sofa bed
-25 year age minimum for booking
-No pets
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ nights bookings not booked through Airbnb.
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Bookings made with credit card on any platform aside from Airbnb are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee if cancelled and qualifies for a refund. (will receive 95% instead of 100%, 45% instead of 50%)
-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video on exterior near main entry door.

Great escape from LA.

Perfect for our 3 day stay for the AMEX Golf tournament. Lovely home, beautiful pool area, great scenery, terrific location. Just what we were looking for.

Girl trip in the Desert.

Beautiful property. Lots of space and 2 master bedrooms. Loved the pool area and all the outside seating. If you don't have a small car you cannot park on the property, but the public parking was not far away.

Very nice house to come relax

The house was just what we needed for a family of 4. The back yard was relaxing and my daughters loved it. Just wished the pool was cleaned before getting there. There was leaves all over but was an easy fix

Perfect location

My husband, Norm, and I enjoyed our stay… We loved the location because it was away from everything, great opportunity for walking and not busy. The common pools were fantastic. The property is really well laid out with each bedroom on one side of the property from the other. The private backyard was very relaxing nice sitting area for the barbecue, and outdoor sitting areas. We definitely will come and stay at this property again. Thank you.

Palm Springs

Very nice home in gated community great to do morning or evening walks in. Our only thing was we asked for the pool to be heated. We paid for it and it was when we got there but it was not ever explained to us that you could only either heat the hot tub or the pool not both at the same time. So if you’re heating a pool it takes more than an hour to heat something like that so it needs to run then the hot tub gets cold. So that was a huge disappointment and quite sad when we paid for something to use. We never got to use it because on there description it was not stated that way at all (hopefully they have updated and added it for future guests) . Somebody did reach out to us and told us it was either one or the other but never offered to refund us the pool heating fee. As communicative as they were The main reason we chose at home was because it was a pool that could be heated and we never got to go in some thing that we paid for. So that was a huge disappointment..

Great Stay! Less contractor visits next time please...

My wife, two children and I had a great stay here. The house was actually better than the pics illustrated. The main selling point of course is the pool, which was amazing! The location was good and a close drive to Downtown La Quinta and other shopping. My only negative comment is that two of the mornings various contractors arrived before 7am. Ideally when on vacation and as a renter, it would be preferable to not have contractors arriving so early and/or to have to interact with them at all. Aside from that, we would definitely return again.

Great stay!

Awesome, clean place with a fantastic pool. Perfect for adults! It had everything we needed from a great grill to umbrellas in the pool. Highly recommend!!

The house and pool were nice but the smell was awful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and the pool was surprisingly large. However, throughout our entire stay, there was a sewage smell in the 2nd bedroom. we called Turnkey and they sent someone out. They told us the smell was coming from the pipes because they had not been used in a very long time. It made it difficult to sleep because the smell was so strong. We were also unable to use the refrigerator water system. The filter had either not been changed or was missing and the water tasted like plastic. The same person checked on that for us and said there was nothing he could do and that he would submit a work report. No one came to fix it after that. It was 121 degrees the weekend we were there and we had no drinking water from the house so were ended up purchasing two cases of water (no big deal) but it would have been nice to be able to use the filtered water from the fridge instead of wasting so many plastic bottles! We also found a plastic fingernail (like the stick on kind) on the carpet when we arrived. I texted Turnkey to let them know and they kindly asked me to dispose of the fingernail (yuck!). With all that said, the pool was very nice and clean and since that is where we spent most of our time, it ended up being a nice weekend getaway.

This place was perfect for my family of 5. It was super clean when we arrived and was stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. The pool is nice and big and has so many cool features. We will definitely be staying here again.
