Apartment located on the 1st floor of a residence very close to the Port Bourgenay golf course, in the heart of nature and just a stone's throw from the beach. Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, with access to holiday village facilities: golf, tennis, shops and heated shared swimming pool (1st June – 15th September, wristbands provided).

Stay with table, 6 chairs, 1 sofa bed (double bed).



Balcony with garden furniture, magnificent view of the harbour.



A room with 1 double bed and a second room with 1 bunk bed.



A bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin and storage unit. Separate toilet.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely relaxed arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

• Wash and put away dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish

• Gather used laundry

👉 In case of non-compliance or deep cleaning required, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or guarantee deposit).
