This spectacular updated 3 bedroom condo comes with a TPC Golf membership if desired. You will love Treviso Bay..... a gated, amenity rich community that offers 5 star resort style living.....a fabulous pool with waterfalls, relaxing full-service spa, cutting edge fitness center complete with personal trainers, 8 tennis courts, pickleball and a fantastic pool club with food/drink and live music. Two clubhouses with restaurants and bars.

Condo has just been updated with an incredible kitchen with white quartz throughout and new stainless-steel appliances. Top floor living allows amazing views out screened lanai to sunrises and sunsets on your private sparkling lake. Not only top floor but also an end unit which makes it bright and cheerful. Take an elevator or stairs to the unit.

Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful vacation at Treviso Bay! The condo is beautiful and very nicely decorated. It is a corner unit with lots of light and there is a pretty lake off the back lanai. The owners are very nice and we hope to return again next year!

Wonderful summer

This is our second year in a row spending the summer at Treviso Bay. We love it here and loved the place. Kevin was wonderful and as accommodating as possible. We intend to stay again!

Amazing! Beautiful and peaceful

The condo is better than described and the property & all the amenities at Treviso Bay are really amazing. it is really peaceful and was exactly the R & R we needed ! Because of the location ( next to the preserve area ).. the wildlife is really fun to watch. We saw Deer grazing every morning and evening, tons of birds, and an alligator! Kevin is great about responding and we would definitely stay again. We stayed there to 'shop' for a retirement home, and everyday we said.. " Well, it wasn't Treviso Bay "....
