Outside: a small south-facing courtyard and, at the rear of the house, an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, awning, and a small wooden shed. Private parking space next to the house. Fully secured area. Baby equipment available. Pets allowed under certain conditions.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
