The Space:
Its unique art and thoughtful touches make it a standout choice for those seeking both comfort and proximity. Enjoy resort-style living with access to a sparkling pool and a state-of-the-art gym. Situated only 10 minutes from Downtown Houston and 3 minutes drive from the Galleria, and 20 minutes from Katy, this home combines elegance with a prime location, providing both relaxation and easy access to urban amenities. It is also a 3 minute drive to the nearest large supermarket.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy access to a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and a two-car garage. Entry is secure with a convenient keypad access code at the front door. There will be a designated key fob to enter in and out of the gated community.

Location not accurate

The location is not by City Centre which VRBO and the host claim. We booked it expecting to be able to walk to nearby locations. We would not have booked knowing the real location. Outside of the location the townhouse is nice and spacious. The host was great at communication and check in was a breeze. Toiletries probably expired sometime last century, so I would bring your own.

Beware of this rental

Previous review from 3 months ago left ample time for owners to correct the inaccuracies in the description and the map. They chose not to. Property is NOT walkable to City Centre. Location shown and description is total misrepresentation. Shows property is right in City Centre and opposite of I-10 than actually is. I even asked the owner whether property faced I-10 or City Centre. That was perfect opportunity to say “the map is wrong and we are actually in the other side of the freeway from City Centre and not directly on I-10”. She didn’t. Ice maker broken. I texted that it was broken and received no response. Lone ice tray was empty. Freezer door hits a wall so it can’t even open all the way. White couch super uncomfortable and SO dirty . Sits very low to ground. Cushions thin and hard. TV too high and not centered to couch resulting in awkward neck position. Not a stick of furniture in the 2nd floor bedroom except 2 small floating nightstands and bed. Suitcases go on floor along with anything else normally set on a dresser. Bathroom lighting way too dim with no light over shower. Towels are thin, old and mismatched. No hand towel. Garage door sounds like it is fixing to fall off. Agree with other reviewer about complex probably not supposed to be for VRBO rentals We too asked not to mention it to anyone. Indicates dishonesty and lack of ethics. These folks don’t give a hoot about this property, guests comfort, or bad reviews. Requested partial refund. No response.

Misleading Listing

Everything about this listing is misleading. From the inaccurate location to generous photos, we felt duped. Our largest complaint was that the location was NOT actually in City Center. Both the map and description lead travelers to believe it is located in City Center and a “1 min walk” from the shops, which is why we chose this listing. It is actually located north of I-10 and west of the tollway, which would mean you’d need to cross major highways to walk there. Upon arrival, we were disheartened by the amount of damage in the unit, the smell of cheap air fresheners and left over trash. As for safety, the gates to the community remained broken/open for the entire duration of our stay and we never received the garage opener to our unit as requested. It is clearly located in a community that does not allow short term rentals, given the amount of messages we received to never contact the leasing office and only communicate with the property managers. They asked us to text them off of the VRBO platform when we reported damages, which seemed unprofessional. However, the property manager, Nicole, was extremely responsive for any questions. But again, that was probably to avoid tenants contacting the main office. If you are looking for a townhome to comfortably rest your head while visiting Houston, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. We will not be back.

Way better than renting hotel rooms

Overall got what we were expecting and stay went very well. For what the cost was we got an excellent deal and would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind navigating townhouse complex driveways (to no fault of the owner of course).

Will be back

Nicole was an amazing host she let everything be known up front and I appreciated that. Not one time did I reach out to her and she didn't respond rt away!! The only problem I had was we couldn't stay longer. The listing was just as described and we definitely will be bk!!
