NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud or unruly behavior will not be tolerated in any way. Neighbors must be respected at all times. We want you to have fun but always be respectful.

NIghtly Quiet hours of 10 PM for outdoor activities

No smoking on property at any time.

Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day or $500 per week. Must notify management at least 48 hours in advance for heating.

Sky Harbor Airport is 25-30 mins

“The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith”.



You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

Wonderful stay. We enjoyed the home, the pool and the beautiful view of the mountains, We enjoyed the fountain in Fountain Hills and amazing sunrises. Would certainly consider coming back on another trip to the area.

Just a short getaway to paradise

We just wanted to come back to our favorite place, which is Fountain Hills Arizona for a little getaway. This house was a perfect fit, clean, easy access, safe and awesome views. Bart was very easy to work with and quick at responding! I would not hesitate to stay in this location again!

Great view

Very nice view. Ideal location for golf and mountain biking. The rooms were clean. Only problem. The electronic lock malfunctioned and we were left outside for an hour before being able to re-enter the house.

Beautiful home on quiet street with great views

Had a lovely stay with some old high school friends. Beautiful modern home on a great lot, big views towards the fountain and mountains. All amenities you'd need. Didn't pay for the heating of the pool, if you're wanting to swim and it's not the dead of summer you may want to. All in all, if this becomes an annual visit we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Plenty of Room - Property Management needs better communication.

The house was great for our needs. We had 5 adults and it had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Here are the reasons why I couldn’t give 5 stars: 1) About 1 week prior to arrival I e-mailed to see if there was an iron in the house. No response. (There is one so you can add this to the amenities) 2) When we arrived, we noticed the ice maker in the refrigerator appeared to be turned off. After trying to figure out how to open it with no success, I texted to management company hoping to get a response in the morning. No response, so I texted again the following afternoon. By this time, we had purchased a bag of ice. The response from the management company was: “so sorry to hear that”. No offer to try to resolve the issue. Overall, our stay was great. The house has plenty of room and worked well for us. It could use some updating (a couple of the bathtubs appear to be original to the house) but it worked well for our family.

Great House Wish the Pool was Working

We really enjoyed the house. The pool wasn’t working, which was a bummer because that is why we selected it. The owners did right by us and gave a credit for the inconvenience. The property manager was so great to work with.

Fountain view in Fountain Hills

Property was as expected based on the pictures in the listing, which is great. We wanted to be in the hills a bit with great views and some space around us and it delivered. Paying to heat the pool was well worth it for us. Took several hikes around the local area....botanic garden is great. Added bonus was a great view of the fountain from the property.

Spring Training 2024

Very nice looking property rooms,they were well equipped and furnished; kitchen space more than adequate to sit around table and chat and eat. Pool area was very nice, table near pool could use a little tender care by glueing some of the slate tiles back into place. Grill worked fine but does need a good cleaning. Would have liked a renter's guidebook detailing my responsibilities and other pertinent info. It was provided in emails but nice to have in hand during our stay.

Nice view

Very nice house. Great view of the sunrise. Communication about arrival poor. Was a hassle getting the door code & Wi-Fi. Remote batteries were dead. They need to upgrade the cookware to nonstick. More washcloths, kitchen washcloths and dish towels. Would stay again if things were upgraded.

Overall good stay. Issues with a broken Keruig but was reported and replaced. Problem with a Circuit Breaker to Master but we resolved it. Outside patio furniture was functional but a bit dated.

Great Propery, Outstanding Host

This is the place, if you want scenery, comfort and just plane awesome!!! Pool was fantastic and the view from the back patio was breathtaking! Extremely comfortable bed! And the host was outstanding as well! We will be back!
