The apartment is located on the first floor of a beachfront residence. It can accommodate four people: a double sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a two-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a television. It also features a 12m² terrace with a partial sea view and a private parking space.

The "Villa de la Mer" residence is a beachfront building with an elevator. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. Parking spaces are located on either side of the building and are numbered. Access to the building is secured by a code.
