The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beachfront residence. It can accommodate 3/4 people: a double sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, two electric hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a television. It also features a 9m² terrace with a partial sea view and a private parking space.

Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning is not included (flat rate: €50).

The "Villa de la Mer" residence is a beachfront building with an elevator. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. Parking spaces are located on either side of the building and are numbered. Access to the building is secured by a code.
